I didn't receive my download

Your download link is emailed right after checkout. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes: check your spam/promotions folder, search your inbox for “Cowabunga”, and confirm you used the right email. Still nothing? Email us and we'll resend your access link.

I bought the wrong tier

No problem. Contact us with the email you used and the tier you meant to buy. We'll help you switch or upgrade and sort out any difference.

I need help accessing the product

If a file won't open or a link won't load, let us know your device and browser. Download links are time-limited for security, so if yours has expired we'll happily send a fresh one.

I have a payment issue

For double charges, failed payments, or charges you don't recognize, email us the date and amount. We'll investigate and resolve it quickly.

I want a refund

We get it — sometimes a product isn't the right fit. Review our Refund Policy, then email us within the refund window and we'll take care of you.
