We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Because Cowabunga Creator Blueprint sells digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, this policy explains how refunds are handled.
Digital products
All products are digital downloads. Once a download link has been delivered and accessed, the product is considered used. This policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.
Our refund window
If something isn't right, contact us within 14 daysof your purchase and tell us what happened. We'll review each request individually and in good faith. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
What refunds are not based on
Refunds are not based on the results you do or don't achieve. The Product is educational and outcomes depend on your own execution — no followers, views, or income are guaranteed, so a refund cannot be requested on the basis of growth results.
Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you were charged twice or bought the wrong tier by mistake, contact us and we'll make it right — either by refunding the duplicate charge or helping you upgrade/switch to the correct product.
How to request a refund

- Tell us which product you purchased and what went wrong.
